How many passengers do I need to
charter a coach? Pricing is based
on specific customer requests. When setting up group tours, the cost is generally based on a minimum of 35 passengers.
Where can my group board the coach
for our trip?
The most likely departure location is from the specific community, church, or club from which the trip originates but can be from a generalized location of choice.
Can my group have more than one
pick-up location?
More than one departure location can be arranged, however, a minimum of 10 passengers is required for any additional pick-up locations.
Does KeRu Motorcoach
have a restroom?
Yes. The motor coach has a self-contained toilet and the driver also makes a rest stop every 1½-2 hours.
Do the seats on KeRu Motorcoach recline?
Yes. Not only do the seats recline but each seat has a lap tray, magazine net, foot rest, and arm rest.
Does KeRu Motorcoach have video equipment?
Yes, the motor coach has both DVD and VHS.
Does KeRu Motorcoach have audio equipment?
Yes, the motor coach is equipped with a P.A. system that uses a wireless microphone.
Do you have scheduled line-runs to
local casinos?
KeRu Motorcoach is a registered carrier with most casinos and can provide transportation for your group to the casino of your choice. We do not currently have scheduled line-runs with local casinos.
What is included in the per person
price of a day tour?
Inclusions vary for each individual trip but generally include the admission cost for the main attraction(s), a full meal, and round-trip motor coach transportation. Taxes on admission(s), meal and meal gratuities are included. Gratuities for the driver and/or escort are not included.
What is included in the per person
price of a multi-day tour?
Inclusions vary for each individual trip but generally include admission cost for all attraction(s)s, stated meals, quality lodging, luggage handling, and round-trip motor coach transportation. Taxes on admission(s), lodging, meals, and meal gratuities are included. Gratuities for the driver and/or escort are not included.
How do I know which meals are included in the price of my tour?
Included meals are indicated by: B (breakfast), CB (continental breakfast), L (lunch), D (dinner) at the end of each day’s itinerary.
Does F & L Tours provide a Tour
Escort?
If a group
originates from a retirement community or other private group, their group
leader would generally be the tour escort for that trip with the help of a
full, detailed itinerary prepared by F
& L Tours. If the group leader requests escort assistance then the tour
would be personally escorted by F &
L Tours.
If two or
more communities join together for one tour the escort would be provided
by F & L Tours.

the owner/operator of F & L Tours and KeRu Motorcoach you can be assured
that every effort will be made to solve any problems that might possibly arise. Will F & L Tours assist me with hotel arrangements for my group?
Yes. F & L Tours will make all the necessary arrangements. We specialize in packaged tours and will work with the group leader to see that the needs of the travelers are met.
How much luggage may I bring?
Each person is allowed one piece of tagged luggage (tagged with the luggage tags provided by F & L Tours) which is stored in the luggage bay. You are always welcome to bring along a carry-on bag for your personal items that will remain with you.
Are there size restrictions for my luggage?
Please limit luggage to no more than 50 pounds. It is also important that the overall dimensions of your bag be reasonable. Keep in mind that up to 50 passengers may be traveling with you, and everyone’s luggage must fit.
Your carry-on bag must be able to fit in the overhead compartment or under your seat. You will find that soft sided bags store easiest. The overhead compartment on the motor coach will accommodate bags that measure approximately 8” in height.
How can I pack more efficiently?
Follow these helpful hints to help you pack more efficiently:
Ø Use lightweight luggage if possible.
Ø Most hotels furnish toiletries.
Ø If you prefer your own brand of toiletries, pack sample sizes.
Ø Coordinate your wardrobe around one or two basic colors.
Ø Wear clothes more than once by mixing and matching.
Ø Pack one pair of shoes that can be worn with many outfits.
Test the
weight of your bag after you have finished packing, it should not exceed 50
lbs.
I use a sleep machine, where can it
be stored?
Sleep machines can be stored in the luggage bay as an additional piece of allowed luggage. Please have an identification tag on the bag, and advise the driver the bag contains a sleep machine so it can be handled with extra care.
Are you able to accommodate those who use a walker, wheelchair, or electric scooter to aid in mobilization?
Yes, in most cases. Fold-down wheelchairs and collapsible small scooters will fit in the luggage bay. Please advise F & L Tours in advance if bringing mobilization aid.
KeRu Motorcoach is not handicapped accessible so the traveler must be able to board the coach, climbing a total of five steps.
How far in advance should I book space on your tours?
We understand it is often difficult to plan your vacation far in advance, however, we encourage you to make reservations on all tours at least 60 days or more before tour date in order to assure your space.
Why is it important to book my tour so far in advance?
Tour arrangements are made as early as 6 months or more in advance and require final guest count as much as 45 days in advance of arrival.
Are
scheduled tours ever canceled?
It is possible that, due to a lack of reservations, a tour may be canceled 30 days prior to departure at which time all deposits are fully refunded.
Does F & L Tours ever have a waiting list?
Once a tour has reached the maximum number of reservations F & L Tours will establish a wait list. A deposit is not required to have your name placed on the wait list and, there is no obligation to accept the opening when, and if, it becomes available.

Do I need to purchase Travel Insurance?
F & L Tours highly recommends that all customers traveling on multiple day tours consider purchasing Trip Interruption and Cancellation Insurance at the time of their reservation. Many things can happen prior to, or during, a tour that might create the need to cancel or interrupt your vacation. The purchase of insurance assures against monetary loss due to unforeseen events that may cause cancellation. Insurance does not cover “change of mind”. Insurance premium is non-refundable.
